Do you build swimming pools (New builds)?
We do not currently build new swimming pools. Our focus is in remodeling/repairing existing, gunite (in-ground) swimming pools and spas.
If you have an existing pool (or pool structure) that needs work - we're the ones for the job! As Specialty Contractors with 25+ years experience in the pool industry (including formerly building), we can help you turn your current pool or spa into your dream oasis!

For small repairs, we can typically schedule you right away - depending on needs and availability of parts.

For larger jobs, we will schedule a job walk / estimate appointment to take measurements & discuss details. After the job walk, we'll work up an estimated price to execute the job.
Once you approve our estimate & pay the deposit, we will get you locked in on the schedule.
Do you work on vinyl liners or fiberglass pools?
Short answer: Not directly -Depending on the scope of work (i.e. equipment related issues), we may be able to accommodate your needs - give us a call!
We're specialized in in-ground, gunite swimming pools and spas.
We can work on the equipment & plumbing for your swimming pool, if it is a vinyl liner or fiberglass. We do not generally work on these types of pools. We may refer you to either your pool's builder, or whomever the appropriate party may be (leak detection, etc.).
How long will my job take?
The duration of any given job is estimated on a case by case basis depending on the scope of work, availability of materials, etc. We can give you our best estimate of a job's duration upon request.
What is your service area?
We proudly service the Treasure Valley, Idaho (and the surrounding areas). We also take on remodel clients in the McCall area, periodically. Please contact us to see if you are within our service area.
Can I pay online?
Yes, we accept ACH payments via online invoicing; we can also accept major credit cards and Venmo - upon request. Please be aware that all Credit Card & Venmo payments have a processing fee. We do not charge a processing fee for ACH payments.
Paying by Check is also an option. The remittance address will be listed on the bottom your invoice.
Do you offer residential swimming pool service?
We do not currently offer residential swimming pool maintenance service; we offer commercial swimming pool and spa maintenance service.
For private residential pools, we do offer one-time services, such as: Pool Openings, Pool Closings, Fresh Water Start-ups, etc.
We offer pool (& spa) equipment diagnostics and repairs, equipment replacement, replumbing, and structural and/or leak repairs (See Services page)
How long will it take to get an estimate?
Remodel construction estimating is a time-consuming process because each project is unique. Accurately assessing existing conditions, along with the desired changes, requires careful evaluation, detailed measurements, and consideration of potential demolition/rework. Furthermore, material availability, fluctuating labor costs, and permitting requirements all contribute to the complexity of creating a reliable estimate.
All of this being said, the time it takes depends on the complexity & scope of work. Simple & straightforward estimates usually take 1-3 business days, whereas large projects can take several weeks to accurately estimate.
